NIKUNJ KUMAR
Managing Director
Nikunj is passionate about building impactful businesses that tackle food related issues across the world. Before setting up Lamonte DMCC , he was working as the Sr. Vice President in a large multinational and was instrumental in setting up and leading the Grains and Farming division of the company. Prior to that, he has held several senior positions in Australian Wheat Board, Glencore Grain and Noble Grains. Nikunj is an MBA graduate from Pforzheim University, Germany and holds a Masters in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
Abhay is an expert in infrastructure-led grain procurement out of CIS. He is deeply connected with the farming community and works closely with them on traceability, water management and crop improvement.
Andrew is a stalwart in inter Asia Grains flow. He has lead various multinationals in setting up their On ground logistics and origination out of the region. He is passionate about sustainable agriculture and works closely with the SE Asian Grains industry in providing them with traceable produce.
Subodh comes with expansive work experience in setting up and running various businesses across Africa. His understanding of the region goes over 15 years when he has worked with multinationals like Olam International and Woodcraft Intercontinental.
Vinay comes with vast experience in Grains logistic setup and management. Having worked with companies like LD, Australian Wheat Board, and Bunge he has immense know-how on grain flow in the region.
